As a member of Team Masterair, you'll have the freedom to accept or decline any offers. There are no specific criteria to be accepted in the Team, as long as you have experience and a portfolio (this can be done on planetminecraft), there's nothing to lose trying! If your profile is accepted, you will receive an invitation to join our private discord server as a member on probation. The server is used to manage all the activities of the Team, from Fiverr orders, Patreon projects or partnership with external creators.

As a member of Team Masterair, you will have the opportunity to work on projects we made for customers in your specific branch. Each time we receive a new order, a message will appear in our discord page. You will have the possibility to indicate your interest and be the one chosen to work on this order.

You will have the possibility to earn from projects you made in the past! You'll be able to submit your projects for our Patreon. If your project(s) are retained, you'll earn from them according to the proportion of your projects we showcase on our Patreon. Here's a summary of how our remuneration works:
Incomes from Patreon subscriptions (tiers): 60% of the total net amount coming from Patreon subscriptions will be split between the member based on the number of projects they have on the page. For example, a member with 6 active products on the page will earn 2 times more than a member with 3 active products
Incomes from Patreon shop: If a Patron directly purchase one of your products, you will receive 75% of the net amount.

Once you become an official member, you will be showcased in our website, discord and Patreon as a member. You'll be able to choose a skin and a logo you would like to display to identify yourself.

You need to be available to answer mails and discord messages especially if you have an order in progress in a maximum delay of 48 hours. If you go on vacation, simply make sure to let us know.

In the Team, you won't have a lot of obligations, but if you're taking an order, you need to make you'll be able to complete it by the end of the deadline. You also need to include everything required in the order description in a sufficient quality. However, we understand that an unexpected may happen in which case you would need to inform us as fast as possible.

Custom orders
When taking a custom order, you agree to those terms:
The total amount of the order is fixed in advance and can't be changed as the order starts unless exceptions
You can ask for help at anytime even once you started working on the order. Feel free to ask any questions you might have
You need to deliver the products on time. Penalties may be applied in the event of non-compliance with deadlines
If you are unable to complete an order, you need to get us informed as soon as possible. Keep in mind that cancellation needs to be your last option and may incur a penalty. You also need to refund any incomes you perceived from this order to date
The identity and information of the initial buyer will stay private. You can't ask for the original name, price, or deadline of the initial buyer
You are responsible of your income declaration
You may need to bring minor modifications to your project after it's completion. Bigger modifications may also happen but you'll get an extra
The created project is the propriety of the initial buyer and Team Masterair (if applicable). You must let me know if you plan to use it on personal purposes
Patreon projects

When proposing a Patreon product, you agree to those terms (applicable only if product got accepted):
You will perceive 75% of the net amount of any direct purchases by patrons
Your project become partially owned by Team Masterair. It can be used for promotion and in any posts or online videos with credits to Team Masterair. However, your pseudo will appear on the product page.
You need to remove any free copies of your project on the internet (planetminecraft for example)
The product must had been created by you (or your team)
